Video Games :: Are you new to gaming or have you been playing since "Pong" was new? Have you found a great new game? Maybe you're looking for something specific.
The Video Games forum is the place to discuss any and everything about the latest games and maybe even find someone that has a copy of the instruction manual to an old favorite. Discuss what's old, what's new and what's coming next. You can pass on hints or find cheats and finally get past level 7 by slaying that dragon and finding the golden key hidden in the wall behind his lair. Discussion on all video game formats (i.e. Sega, Nintendo, X-box, etc..) are fair game!
NOTE: Please be considerate of other gamers. Please do NOT post hints or "cheats" in general discussion threads about games. If you wish to post/discuss these please create a separate thread with a "Hints/Cheats" title along with the name of the specific game (i.e. "Hints/Cheats - The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" ) so that gamers who wish to try to get through the game without them aren't inadvertently exposed them! Ask us a Question!

Hi , im trying to find a game that my 16 year old cousin would like for his Ps3. He likes action, fantasy, and Gore.
I went into EB games, and the games for Ps3 aren't a lot. (unsurprisingly)
The assistant pointed out a couple of good games:
Heavenly Sword, Resistance: Fall of Man , Darkness, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Devil May Cry 4, and Folklore.
Which one should i get him.

**** man...I totally bought into the hype of this game with its Interesting team Mechanics and how you had to go through the game with a teammate to progress and everything had to be done "together"
Heres the negative:
REDICULAS online graphics that look like their from a BAD Ps one Game
Horrible Enemy ai,I have people run right to my face and then pass me without shooting me just to get to a flanking position...and Im Usually Equal agro with my teammate at that point too.
Poor Campaign Graphics
Semi offensive storyline as it Follows real life Events (911,Iraq,Twin towers etc) They dont seem to hold much back here and I for one dont like it....It doesnt make the story any better Or creative.its just bullshit.
And objectives are often unclear,you get lost where your going and have to press back button for This strange Map to point you in the right spot....
I didnt even beat it and imma turn it in....This thing was such a let down....I know its supposed to be sorta an arcade type shooter but its just nothing good...Maybe im too used to the perfection of call of duty 4 but mh........
