100% problem

I guys its the first time i write in a forun. This is the deal, I`ve done everything required to achieve 100% of the game in san andreas, there nothing else to be done I even made those things not needed to be done and the game still at 99.7%. Did this hapen to anyone? Can anyone tell me whats wrong? Thanks!!
