POP UP ON EXIT

I am a novice website builder, and want to create a pop up when a visitor leaves the landing page, which says something like, "Would you like to add this site to your favorites". Does anyone know of a simple, (and I mean simple) script which would allow me to do that? Preferably cut and paste, together with instructions as to how to implement it. Any contributions would be gratefully appreciated.
